Student Volunteers Traverse City Society of St Vincent de Paul

The organized youth of today will become tomorrow’s community and business leaders. Competition in academics and sports teaches them to win and lead. Volunteering teaches them to appreciate all the opportunities in front of them. Teach these future leaders to help those who deserve it.

Students are aware of the need to fundraise for the their activities. Imagine the lesson learned by showing them what their team or organization can do as a group by performing just one fundraiser for our mission.  Volunteer projects teach them to take the team approach and apply it to larger goals.

Students can volunteer individually or as a group.  Please contact us for any fun ideas you might have.  See our Individual Volunteer page or Volunteer Opportunities  to see where your special talents might help the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  Alternatively, maybe you simply need some fundraising ideas and can share some of the proceeds with the oldest and only Catholic charity in Traverse City — St. Vincent de Paul !
